Meet Lance Bower

Lance Bower’s experience and personal characteristics are the perfect fit in helping to meet all of your real estate needs.  With 17 years in the banking industry, many of those years as a commercial lender and branch manager, Lance has the experience and knowledge to assist you with your real estate transactions when buying or selling a home, farm, ranch or business. Lance has been a number one realtor for 8+ years in the area.

Lance became an accomplished horseman due to life spent growing up in Wyoming with both a farming and ranching background. This unique background and experience in sales, banking and finance are key to helping his clients in the success of their real estate goals.

His inspiration born in his youthful years as a team roper in various venues, was an inspiration for becoming a founding member and current president of The Cody Buckle Club, a 501(c)3 non-profit with a mission to benefit the community of Cody and surrounding areas.

Lance is member of Cody Middle School Student Investment Project helping to teach youth to become better informed about future finances and money management.

Lance enjoys time spent with family, wife, son and two daughters. Spending quality time in the back-country on horseback,  hunting, camping and fishing with friends and family creates his happy place.

 Lance is a genuine people person and truly enjoys helping friends and neighbors during the real estate process as well as meeting and getting to know new clients.
